📦 Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

  • Pre-orders and backordered items will ship as soon as they become available. Estimated availability will be noted on the product page.

     We currently ship to customers within U.S. and International.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to select countries. Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in our shipping fees and may be charged by your country upon delivery.

  • A&R Publishing Company is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at [your customer service email].

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
